Make a backup while you still have a working key

A spare-key appointment starts with a different situation from an emergency where every key is lost. Tell us how many working keys you have and which functions you want the spare to provide: door entry, engine starting, remote buttons, or all of them.

Bring the existing key and the vehicle

Have the vehicle, existing keys, photo ID, and registration available. An electronic spare may need to be paired to the vehicle, so do not assume a photo of the key or a loose key by itself is enough.

Shop appointment or mobile visit?

Shop service is by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM at 4040 Easton Drive, Suite 2. Mobile service is available 24/7. Call first to confirm compatibility, the replacement part, the quote, and the appointment or dispatch time.

Starting prices

• Most domestic vehicles with a turn-key ignition: from $175.
• Most domestic vehicles with push-to-start: from $250.
• Car lockouts: from $85.

These are starting prices, not a fixed quote for every vehicle. Tell us the year, make, model, key type, whether a working key remains, and your location. Confirm the total and what is included before authorizing work. Ask whether travel or after-hours charges apply. Imported vehicles need a vehicle-specific quote.

Check and store your spare

Check the functions you requested before putting the spare away. Store it separately from the everyday key, somewhere you can reach if the main key is lost. For a smart key or remote, include its battery in your routine checks.
